By downloading, accessing, or using the Nirbhaya Staff App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies of Nirbhaya High School. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the application.
The application is provided solely for authorised teachers, staff members, and administrative personnel of Nirbhaya High School. User accounts are created, managed, and, where necessary, deactivated exclusively by the school administration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others or permit unauthorised access.
The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be involved in unauthorised, unlawful, or inappropriate use.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they submit through the application, including attendance records, examination data, profile information, and other official school records, is accurate, complete, and up to date.

All content, software, source code, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property associated with the Nirbhaya Staff App remain the property of Nirbhaya High School or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the application may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
Nirbhaya High School makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the application but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, network failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond the school's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nirbhaya High School shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, misuse of the application by users, or unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to protect their account credentials.
Nirbhaya High School reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published within the application or on the school's official website. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Nirbhaya High School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the application at any time if a user violates these Terms, misuses the application, or is no longer authorised to access the school's ERP services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of Nirbhaya High School.
User accounts are created and managed exclusively by the school administration. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by contacting Nirbhaya High School using the contact details provided below or by visiting the Account & Data Deletion page available on the school's official website.
Upon receiving a valid request, the school will process the deletion in accordance with applicable laws and its data retention policies. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, employment, audit, academic, financial, or institutional record-keeping purposes.
