Account & Data Deletion Request
The Nirbhaya Staff App is intended exclusively for authorised teachers, staff members, and administrative personnel of Nirbhaya High School. User accounts are created and managed by the school administration.
Users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time by contacting the school administration. Account deletion requests are processed free of charge.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email from your registered institutional email address to support@nirbhayaschool.com.
- Include your full name and Staff ID.
- Mention that you wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
- Our support team may verify your identity to protect your account and prevent unauthorised deletion requests.
Data That Will Be Deleted or Anonymised
After successful verification and approval, the following data will be deleted or permanently anonymised where applicable:
- Staff account and login credentials
- Profile information associated with the account
- Registered device information
- Push notification registration details
- Other personal information that is no longer required for legal, regulatory, or institutional purposes.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, employment regulations, financial record-keeping requirements, or legitimate institutional obligations. Examples include:
- Payroll and salary records
- Tax and statutory employment records
- Attendance or academic records that must be retained by the institution
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days. If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
